I wanted to send you a note on a service call Greenway Plumbing did for me recently. Every year or two my main drain line backs up and historically, I have always called . But knowing you and your new plumbing venture, I wanted to use Greenway. Roger came out and did a great job in a very timely manner. He was very polite and confident in what he was doing. He suggested installing a clean out tap as I did not have one, and gave me a very fair price to install it. tried this years ago and the problem became more frequent and I had them remove it. I saw how Roger did it and it was very secure and professional.
