We formed Conditioned Air Solutions in March 2004. From the start we dedicated ourselves to being a different kind of company. We came up with the phrase "We're a service company that happens to specialize in heating & air conditioning" because that's how we saw ourselves - as a service company first - heating & air conditioning was just what we serviced.

Over the next 3 years we grew rapidly (mostly by word of mouth). We started hearing this message from our customers: "We love the level of service we get with heating & air conditioning - I really wish you all did electrical and plumbing work - it is so hard to get good service in those industries."

We heard that often enough that we took it to heart, and in the spring of 2007, launched our electrical division, hiring our first two dedicated electricians. Near the end of 2007 we decided to give the electrical division its own name: Focus Electrical Service. Focus is 100% owned and managed by Conditioned Air Solutions, and you will get the same great service as you do for heating & air conditioning. As Focus Electrical became successful, we opened Greenway Plumbing in October 2008.
