Customer Service Representative and Dispatching
We are looking for a personable & outgoing person with a great phone manner and a healthy share of patience to become a part of our state-of-the-art Call Center. If you like to help people, can sell services and have a positive, enthusiastic and fun approach to customer service we want to talk to you.
We are a fast-growing HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical services company in Huntsville. We need a person who LIKES talking to customers and our team members, all day, and helping everybody out. Sometimes they'll be unhappy when they call, but you can fix it!
We help people by making them comfortable in their homes and businesses. We like for our team to work like a well oiled machine. The person making calls and taking calls is in charge of information flow and keeping everyone in the loop. We think that's important, and it feels good to do it well.
You need to really BE interested in helping each customer and team member who calls in. When you're on the phone with them, they HAVE to feel that you're happy to be talking to THEM and have confidence that you will deliver what you promise.
Unfortunately, this is one thing we can't teach; you either have this skill or you don't. And if you don't, then you won't last in this job.
We don't want drama in our office. When people work together, there are always things to work out, but we want cheerful, positive, supportive people. Your co-workers will depend on you, and you on them, to keep this a great place to work. So we want the kind of person who enjoys building others up, and who wants to help everyone around them.
You need to want to learn new things, lots of them. We're less concerned with your current knowledge than with your desire and ability to learn new ones. For this job, you have to be able to touch-type reasonably fast, and be comfortable using web browsers and email. And you HAVE to be great on the phone. But everything else we'll teach you, provided you're willing to put in the effort to learn it.
